André Wanne is a filmmaker who specializes in Jewish celebrations such as weddings, bat/bar mitzvahs and circumcisions. In this film portrait, André talks about his role in the film “Zorro’s Bar Mitzvah” by Ruth Beckermann, his mother’s café, and his life as a Jewish filmmaker from Vienna. A short film by Elias Märk, Jakob Sohm, and Gwendoline Wagner, with further help from Luca Selberherr and Nikolai Liskutin.
